The Regional Executive Commission of CCOO of Madrid, given the situation created by the actions of the Regional Government on the restrictions and management of the pandemic, has approved in its meeting today a resolution in which, with the aim of changing current policies , has announced that "it will promote a process of mobilizations in the region, reinforcing the sectoral and territorial mobilizations in progress, proposing the maximum union unity and the broadest alliance with social organizations to generalize the social conflict in the region while the contempt is maintained current to the health and interests of the Madrid working class.
The full content of the resolution is set out below: The Regional Executive Commission of CCOO of Madrid, given the situation created by the actions of the Regional Government on the restrictions and AOL Email List management of the pandemic , considers: The second wave of COVID-19 is once again placing the Community of Madrid as one of the regions most affected by the pandemic. Furthermore, the incidence of the virus on the population is having especially serious consequences in the municipalities and districts in which the working class is the majority. Faced with this situation, the management of the Government chaired by Isabel Díaz Ayuso has done nothing but plunge the citizens of the region into absolute uncertainty and perplexity.
The last episode of this ceremony of confusion in which they have placed Madrid was carried out yesterday by the regional president. After a meeting held in the afternoon with his counterparts from Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García Page, and from Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, in which they had agreed on the so-called perimeter closure of the three communities, Díaz Ayuso withdrew from the agreement demanding from the Government of Spain the possibility of closing the region "for days", and not until November 9, as the presidents of the other two communities promised. The appearance of Díaz Ayuso once again demonstrated the high degree of irresponsibility of this Regional Government , which is voluntarily navigating in confusion, setting a course that leaves the entire Madrid society without knowing what to expect or what decisions to make regarding the present and future restrictions.
